Order
Each item is handcrafted to order and takes up to 2 business days to create. Domestic and international shipping will take 5-9 business days. This will take around 7-11 business days in total for you to receive your order.
Once an order has been placed you may only modify the address of your order. You must do so within the first hour of placing your order. This is due to the fact that custom made products are processed as soon as the order is received. This allows us to produce the item and ship them out as soon as possible. Please make sure your order is correct before placing them.
Due to the nature of the product custom made to order items can only be returned if they are damaged. Damaged products include the following:
1. A damaged or defective projection gem.
2. There are evident markings or blurs during the projection effect that were not present in the original photo.
Damaged items do not include:
1. Blurry or low quality images due to a low quality resolution photo that was uploaded.
2. A damaged chain or pendant that was caused by an accident or mishandling.
Non customized orders may be returned by contacting our customer service department.
We offer full replacements for any damaged products as well.

Yes we are able to ship to most international countries. International shipments may be required to pay an additional customs and import tax dependent on your country
